Is it really free?

During beta, yes — every feature is available at no cost. When paid plans launch, the Free tier remains for basic personal use.

Is my data safe?

Each workspace is isolated at the database level via Postgres Row-Level Security — not just at the application layer. Even if a service has a bug, your data physically can't be accessed from another workspace.

Can I export my data?

CSV export is in progress. Either way: your data is yours. No vendor lock-in.

Can I track more than one business?

Yes — you can create multiple workspaces and switch quickly from the header. Useful if you have personal + SMB or several business units.

Is there a mobile app?

The web app is fully responsive — it works great on a phone. Native iOS / Android apps are on the roadmap once the web app is stable.

Is PPN 11% automatic?

Yes. For invoices, each line is computed per the Indonesian e-Faktur convention (round per line, then sum — not sum-then-tax). The default rate is 11% and can be overridden per item.
